Jobs and the economy are top of mind with Fort Collins residents as demonstrated in this poll of 301 registered voters. To an open-ended question about the most serious problem in the community, the top item cited by respondents was ‘need more jobs.’ To a question asking voters to rate 18 items, “Creating more quality jobs in Fort Collins” and “Attracting major employers to Fort Collins” ranked first and third, respectively. Voters showed strong support for economic development in general and for city government making the retention of Woodward a top priority in particular
